Contemplate that reality refers to:
* That which is changeless. Meaning, it does not change over time or space (location).
* That which is and cannot not-be.
* The essence of whatever appears.
Contemplate that there is one non-dual reality and that it cannot be limited by matter or form.
It is neither mind nor world. It is neither this nor that. Neither movement nor non movement.
Beyond opposites.
It is itself, complete onto itself, and has no external reference beyond itself.
We refer to this reality as I/awareness. The changeless Self. The heart of being.
Minds and universes are real as I/awareness. Similarly, the reality of steam and ice is the same reality, namely water.
The reality of being/awareness/consciousness is verifiable experientially. After all, everything you perceive experientially refers to the perceiver, refers to I/awareness, the reality which perceives.
Given there is no other, whenever you are contemplating truth/reality, it is reality which is contemplating itself.
