Sat-chit-Ananda refers to: Being-Consciousness-Bliss
Sat refers to Reality, Being or Amness
Chit refers to Awareness, knowingness
Ananda refers to the causeless peace, the bliss of awakening and wisdom
The realization of our pristine, blissful True Nature is the realization that:
* Presence and Awareness/are One.
* Isness and knowingness are One.
* Reality and manifestation are One.
The experiential understanding that you and the world are one. I refer to this understanding as the merging.
The Sanskrit Tat Tuam Asi or I Am That is another way of pointing to Sat-chit-Ananda. The understanding is that there is one reality manifesting from itself and to itself as form.
Form being both subtle, such as thoughts and sensations, as well as gross, such as rivers and mountains.
It is the realization that the absolute and the manifest are one.
The understanding is that the substance of all phenomenal events is the substanceless Self. All forms are manifestations of the formless, arising out of the formless, made out of the formless, perceived by the formless reality.
The one and only reality.
Once this understanding is revealed to be your living uninterrupted experience, you are effortlessly established in the Self, without wavering.
The non-dual realization is the realization of ISness as myself and as everything and everyone.
This stabilization deepens as we explore living our realization.
