Welcome, everyone.

Lovely to be with you.

And, of course, lovely to be, being, being is.

It is the reality of … it is not a reality of anything, just reality, period, because there are, there is no other.

And, our contemplation is the contemplation of that, that which has no otherness.

So welcome yourself to this understanding, simply being, not knowing.

Not carrying the past or any, goal or any activity that you need to do right now because all is done.

Whatever is needed in all realms is provided because all realms are nothing else but a reflection of the one.

Like your body, this human body, various organs performing various functions, there is no function which is separate.

Because, the separation is illusion. It’s a belief structure.

So do nothing.

Whatever appears arises out of the universal, the impersonal.

You are the nonappearance, the reality of all appearance.

Although the mind operates in time and space and other dimensions, you do not.

Thoughts, memories, sensations, time, movement appear within the stillness, out of the stillness, which is unmoved, untouched.

You are not defined.

You are the definer in chief, creator and perceiver.

You imagine yourself to be the subject, a subject, a stage character, while you are the one and only choreographer.

You do not appear on the stage, but without you, without your creativity, your choreography, there would be no play.

Notice how exquisite this play is.

The senses and the sensations we experience.

Hearing these words. The gentle breath.

Perceiving various forms and shapes. There is a certain sweetness to it all. This opportunity for us to meet and be gentle and kind and loving.

To be like an open page. To meet our experience freshly out of a place of openness and availability.

Although from the mind’s perspective, it may appear that we exist in time, it’s only form. It’s only that which appears which appears in time, like the body.

The world.

But what are you at the core of this experience?

Who are you? What are you? Where are you? What is this? Awareness.

It is what it is, undeniable. This knowingness which is fueled by itself.

Needing no external support. What would be an external support outside of some imaginary narrative.

There is no personal self who is aware.

That is a unnecessary add on. It’s just awareness and kindness and gentleness and beautiful flow of no one, of pure not knowing. Just completely loving.

Because in not knowing, the stage is open, available for any dancer and any dance.

The mind comes to rest.

Resting in the source in that out of which it seems to arise.

And then there is the blooming of Viveca, the discrimination between the me-belief, the personal self-narrative. And God’s whisper.

There is a restfulness in God’s whisper, a deep relaxation.

Like a baby resting in mother’s arms.

And within this restfulness, there can be activity, non disturbing activity.

Harmonious, effortless in a way because it’s a shield by the source, by love.

So yes, the body-mind may express various sensations, maybe female, male body.

But your true nature is neither.

Because to identify with the body, with the mind, requires the past, requires time.

Because in presence, there is no gender, there is no time. There’s no age.

This is the heart of things, the core matter.

It’s eternal presence, which meets itself in a way. When we smile at each other, when we meet, it meets itself in the songs of the birds, in the sunshine, shining onto the field.

So as our true self, we are disrobed, undressed, transparent.

And in the body-mind-dream, there are all sorts of forms and shapes and shades.

The reality of which is this formless awareness.

Because what are the various colors of the rainbow without the white light?

In a way, the body mind is like a prism. Like the white light is diffracted through the prism.

The light of awareness is diffracted via the body-mind.

Into thoughts, sensations, perceptions, mentations as a metaphor, of course.

You are not the prism. You are that which is aware, awareness itself.

The light is aware. Not only it shines, but it knows it shines, Sat-Chit.

But it does not shine in time. Time reflects within its light, within the eternity of being.

So know yourself moment by moment as eternity.

Ungraspable by the limited mind. No need to anchor yourself with any form, with any narrative, with any belief structure.

No need.

So if you have any questions, anything you would like to explore, just go ahead.
